Hi, I’m Christina, a certified holistic nutritionist deeply passionate about the power of holistic healing. For years, I struggled with my health, dealing with a long list of symptoms that felt never-ending and overwhelming, like stubborn weight gain, constant exhaustion and fatigue, acne, brain fog, depression, anxiety, irregular, painful periods, and feeling very “off” and disconnected from my body.
In 2019, I was also diagnosed with PCOS (a chronic hormonal condition) and was told the only option was medication to manage my symptoms. Instead, I chose a holistic approach of natural healing and was able to eliminate all my symptoms naturally. That journey didn’t just transform my health — it transformed my body, my energy, and my entire life.
Today, at 34, I wake up feeling incredible, confident, free of all my symptoms, and truly healthy in my body.
