Wearing a well-covered sleeping mask at night is one of the best things you can do for your health, and the benefits are astonishing!

When we sleep, our eyes and brain need PITCH black darkness in order to fall into the deepest stages of sleep where we get the healing and restorative benefits.

If there is any light, even in the smallest amounts from a window crack or digital clock, our eyes (when shut) can sense it, and this signals to the brain to stop the production of melatonin, which is what helps us fall into that deep, restorative sleep.
